  • What if our return home is delayed?
Keep us posted! Our software makes it easy to stay in close communication with you. GP Pet Pros will ensure your animals are well taken care of if you are delayed. On your scheduled date of return, we'll send you a message when we are leaving your home. If you are delayed unexpectedly and your animals require further care, we will return to your home. Regular pricing applies.
  • Can we meet prior to booking services?
Yes! Meetings for potential clients who are not ready to commit are $80 and 45-minutes in length. If you are a client with an upcoming service scheduled we are happy to book a complimentary meeting 3-7 days prior to your booking.
  • What types of animals do you care for?
We specialize in canine care but also provide professional services for felines, aquariums and small herds/flocks of livestock.
  • My animal requires medication. Can you administer?
Yes. Directions must be thorough and up-to-date on your file. NO handwritten notes. More often than not, a meeting will be scheduled to review directions, medications and techniques in person. It is important you ensure that your animal has more than enough medication available. NOTE: at this time we do not administer medication requiring intravenous or intrathecal route. However we can schedule and provide transport for your animal to your local veterinary professional.
  • How do I book services?
Only approved and active clients have the ability to book services. Clients have access to service booking using our software. Service requests can conveniently be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Service requests will be reviewed, approved or adjusted during business hours.
  • Do drop ins include dog walks?
Yes! Depending on your booking & requirements, some or all of our time can be allotted to a walk or two. We strictly follow city & county leash laws. For safety and quality, canines are walked one on one - NO exceptions.
  • What are your qualifications?
